For our Headquarter in Garching near Munich, we are looking for you as Senior IT Support Analyst (m/f/x).

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the support of our users - personally and remotely
  • Processing user problems and working out suitable solutions; if necessary, forwarding the problem to 2nd level support
  • Administration and updating of the ticket system, as well as ensuring a complete representation of all problem cases in the ticket system
  • Administration of the technical knowledge database
  • Monitoring the ticket queue and ensuring that it is processed within the SLAs
  • First escalation instance in the support analyst team, as well as training of team members
  • Setting up workplaces for new employees, incl. preparation of mobile phones
  • Participation in various projects in the international team

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or an apprenticeship with IT orientation
  • Some years of experience in a comparable position
  • Ideally knowledge with: Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems (experience with Apple OS is an advantage); Microsoft Office/ O365 with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Intune.
  • Experience with troubleshooting CRM/ERP/WMS systems.
  • Experience with VOIP PBX and 3CX
  • Business and analytical thinking
  • Software quality management, ideally ISTQB standard
  • High willingness to serve and communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel and driving licence class B
